Does anyone know of a good method to developing a
knowledge base system either in ColdFusion or using
another system.  I have work instructions in word format
and was looking at developing a search bar where users
type in keywords and when searching all instructions
matching the keywords appear for users to click on see
the information.

I would assume the instructions would need to be entered
into a database before being searchable.  Thoughts?
