I am VERY new to mySQL and am running on Mac G5 10.3.4,
Coldfusion MX developer edition, Flash MX Pro and am attempting to
test talking to a simple database through Flash remoting. I am
connected to the mySQL database through CF. Attempting a simple
CFquery. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also need recommendation on a GUI for mySQL to create and update
my databases on the mac. Thanks.

Goal is to see if I was successful in setup of machine. Below is the
coldfusion code:

<cfset Flash.Pagesize = 'Flash.Parms[1]>'
<cfquery name="myQuery" DATASOURCE="MyBooks">
SELECT *
FROM tbItems
</cfquery>

<cfset Flash.result = myQuery>

Flash code here:

#include "NetServices.as"

NetConnect Debugger

#include "NetDebug.as"

    gatewayConnnection = NetServices.createGatewayConnection();

     CFMService = gatewayConnnection.getService("cfdocs.flashquery",
this);

     CFMService.flashquery();

function flashquery_Result(theGreeting)
{

}
function flashquery_Status(error)
{
     helloText.text = "Oops! " + error.description;
}

Getting a coldfusion error that reads:

Opps! Service threw an exception during method invocation: invaild
CFML construct found on line 2 at column 1.

Any suggestions??
