What ports do I need to have open on my Cisco Pix to enable my Coldfusion Server in my DMZ to be able to connect to my Sql server db on the inside of the firewall? Can you set a port range ? Or is their a group of ports to assign?

Your coldfusion server is outside the firewall?
Doesn't really make a lot of sense
but you'd open up port 1433 in a standard install of SQL Server, 3306 for MySQL and 1521 for Oracle

you only need forward one port
