i just finally transferred the DNS over to HostingAtoZ this past Sunday.

I was setting up Ray's BlogCFC and hit an error that I'd never seen before.  On Monday I opened a support ticket (expecting that it would be some sort of JDBC driver issue that couldn't be worked around).

On Tuesday the issue had been fixed.

It was a little longer than I had waited in the past (earlier tickets were resolved within hours, rather than a full day), but it was still resolved (and in a relatively timely manner).

Still nothing but good things to say.  Especially for the price.

And my experience pretty much echos CJ's. Am still impressed with A to Z. I haven't quite been able to get over the guilt of paying so little for their services, but I'm getting there Smile

So the prices listed on their web site aren't typos?  Those are actually per year prices? Sweet!!

Try this host:

http://dantor.com

I have used them since 2001 and hope that I will never have to change them.  I have not asked if they will upgrade to CFMX 7 yet.

geuka: those are not typos.  those are the right prices Smile

altregina: those prices look fair, but with all of the new upgrades in CFMX 7 (application.cfc, event gateways, etc), I really want to be with a CFMX 7 host.  HostingAtoZ provides CFMX 7 enterprise.

(edit...i should also add that while those prices are fair, they still don't compare to HostingAtoZ.  for less than $70 a year, HostingAtoZ provides much more than Dantor does for their $144 a year plan)

From what i understand, they are currently in the process of moving to a new datacenter.  I recently received an email that said HELM may be intermittently unavailable during the move.

You might want to drop them a support ticket and ask them how long they expect the process to take, if it's affecting your productivity.

I signed up for Hosting A to Z back at the end of June. I bought their highest reseller package. So far I'm pleased. I like the Helm control panel and the instant CF DSN setup.

Support does take a day to get back to me. Which is kind of disappointing.

Since they are moving to a different Data center my Control panel and FTP have been down.

But over all they blow my old host out of the water.
