just stumbled across this site that has an idea code-view font. i can definately recommend downloading it and using it instead of courier etc.

ProFont

best of all, it's freeware Smile

very cool.

i'm going to go totally blind that much more quickly...but still very cool Smile  

(now have my HomeSite+ set to ProFont Windows @ 8 px) Smile

I have never stopped to think about the font of my code.  I'm always concerned with my css font styles and have been depriving more poor old CFMX code font of its range of options.  Thanks for shedding light on the lonely default CFMX code font.

Tried it, dont like... here's why:



Notice that you can't tell it the CLOSING CreateObject calls have a SINGLE or a DOUBLE quote, that single item made me not want to use it.. and therefore I continue the search for the perfect programming font Wink

Any other suggestions?

good point that. i've had to revert back to courier as my laptop dislays at 1920x1200 and profont was almost unreadable.

I found a font that looks get at 8pt in Dreamweaver. The font is called "Anonymous", its free and here is the link to it.

I've used Andale Mono for quite some time:
