Nice thread!!

I usually use camel case with everything.

Functions explain what they do in the name:
- validateNumber

Variables are usually a title:
- myString

I never prepend anything with Tbl or ary or whatever because thats what scoping is for!!!

I too upercase all SQL statements to distinguish between wats SQL and whats not.

Column names are always camelCase.

Columns or variables that end with ID are written like this userID.

Date and time fields are prepended with the first letter of the table name. i.e vDateTime

This is terribly set out.. sorry about that hehe.
