I have a really nice Forum board built in PHP, but I am learning ColdFusion and want to keep my site in the same programming language. Most importantly, I do not want my visitors to be forced to sign in to the members area of the site in addition to having signed in on the forum.

Is there some way that I can change my forum from php to ColdFusion, or simply combine the two?

what forum software do you use?

You could translate it from PHP to Coldfusion.

OR

You could have your forum in PHP and the rest of your site in Coldfusion.  PHP will run on a Windows server and you can both running at the same time.
