HTP upload os 'ok' but should be replaced with a flash optimization utility prior to uploading. Client side optimization is key to fast uploads and controlling server resources.

yes. Sorry for the speed-related typos. HTTP only upload
is sketchy with larger files. Implementing a flash image
resizer pre-upload is handy and gives you the ability to
specify a max file size (file size and dimensions) before
handing the image off to the HTTP upload process.

HTTp still has to do this process but resizing in flash
on theclient side is a formula for success.

Alright! I will consider your suggestions and definitely that is a good point!

2. Now the zip part, this is a lite version and does support the zip fundamental, but if if extra considered i will tr implementing the zip utility also within the lite edition.

Please Check for the New Design of the Pictures gallery. It checks for the version also if it is greater than 9, it will provide a flash Multiple Upload option, else it will run normally. Also it now Suppoorts Zip utility of downloading the images.
