hi, im a newbie to coldfusion so please help me!!
im using a mysql db and want to split up the
timestamp.. my code dosent seem to work
could some one please tell me whats wrong
:quest:

timestamp:  #timestamp#
time: #TimeFormat(timestamp, "hh:mm:ss tt")#
date: #DateFormat(timestamp, "DD:MM:YYYY")#

it returns this
timestamp: 20021114105359
time: 65523:65535:65535 PM
date: 65535:65535:65535  

ive put the whole timestamp in there just to be
sure that worked but whats going on with the time
n date

please help

How are you passing the timestamp?

via a form or what? Please explain so I can take a look and help you out..

the timestamp is inserted via a form, then recalled
to show time of post
hope that explains it well enough

Are they entered in a text field by the user, or via selects?

What is/are the field names?
