There is a special code i found  here with this link
http://tutorial8.easycfm.com/. now  how do i prevent somebody from accessing  member_only.cfm page directly.

That would be handled in your authentication scheme
(usually via Application.cfm or Application.cfc).

Check out the "login tutorials" and you'll see how
"member's only pages" are protected.
